Donation Drive for Cancer Care Packages

The Sacred Transition offers Compassionate Care Packages as gifts to support people living with cancer and their caregivers as they adjust to life while on their cancer journey. Our mission is to stand with and support every person in our community and have a care package ready for them. Through the generosity of our network we’ve been able to 100% gift 300+ bags and counting!

These care packages are full of creature comforts and are so much more than that. They are Strength. Resilience. Solidarity. Connection. Dignity. They are an invitation for self-care. An invitation for presence. An invitation to live fully.
